Hebei Shengyu electric winches are widely applied in off-road vehicle self-rescue, trailer rescue, heavy-object pulling at docks, as well as recreational vehicles, ships, hoisting and other scenarios for heavy-object traction and displacement. This electric winch supports both wired and wireless control. Most users prefer the wireless remote. What if the wireless remote control fails during operation? The electric winch manufacturer gives detailed instructions as follows:
If the wireless remote control of the electric winch malfunctions, first replace the remote-control battery and clean rust on battery contacts. Test close to the winch to eliminate signal blockage by metal and electromagnetic interference. Check power supply to the receiver box and whether wiring terminals are loose, water-damaged or damp. Do not place the antenna close to metal surfaces. If the remote indicator light is on yet no action occurs, cut off power and re-pair codes following the manual. Test with the wired handle to tell whether the fault lies in the remote or the winch contactor. If the wired handle works, the transmitter or receiver module is damaged; repair or replace relevant parts. Always take safety precautions before operation.
Hebei Shengyu electric winches adopt DC voltage. They feature compact size and easy relocation. Their motors with pure-copper windings deliver powerful performance for heavy-object lifting or traction, and are simple to operate.
