This electric winch motor has a mesh ventilation cover at its tail and a built-in cooling fan. The fan rotates synchronously when the motor runs, allowing airflow to pass through the motor interior for relatively even heat dissipation. The motor housing is made of cast iron to assist heat conduction. Under normal rated load, heat from the whole machine can be dissipated steadily.

However, prolonged continuous full-load operation or dust-clogged ventilation meshes will ruin the uniform heat dissipation effect and cause local overheating. During use, regularly clean dust from the mesh cover and avoid long-time continuous hoisting to ensure stable heat dissipation.
