Hebei Shengyu Lifting Equipment Factory specializes in truck mounted cranes. Standard models in stock are 500 kg and 1000 kg, while also supporting custom orders for 1.5-ton and 2-ton cranes with special load capacities. Both the boom and column can be extended or heightened as needed. The entire machine is constructed from thickened seamless steel pipes, ensuring stable load-bearing capacity and strong lifting capacity. It supports 12V and 24V vehicle DC power, 220V household power, and 380V industrial power, and can be equipped with various compatible motors, saving time and effort in loading, unloading, and lifting, significantly improving daily work efficiency.
Safety precautions for operating truck mounted cranes
Before using a truck mounted crane, always check the crane bolts, welds, wire ropes, and hooks for wear and looseness. Ensure the base is securely fixed and never operate a malfunctioning component.
Strictly adhere to the rated load capacity. For models with a capacity of 500kg or 1 ton, overloading, oblique pulling, or dragging heavy objects is strictly prohibited. Custom-made models must also not exceed their maximum load capacity.
Use the appropriate voltage (12V/24V/220V/380V), ensure wiring insulation is intact, and monitor the motor temperature during operation. If any abnormality occurs, immediately stop the machine and disconnect the power.
Do not stand or walk under the load while lifting. Maintain a safe distance within the crane's rotation range. Do not allow personnel to touch or pull on the load.
Do not operate in strong winds, rain, snow, or on soft or sloping ground. Lift and lower the crane smoothly and at a constant speed throughout the entire process, avoiding sudden starts, stops, or violent shaking.
After completing the operation, promptly retract the boom and disconnect the power. Regular maintenance and lubrication will extend the equipment's lifespan and ensure long-term operational safety.
