Shengyu high quality hydraulic stacker is a dual-purpose vehicle for high-lift loading and unloading, as well as short-distance transport. Driven by a hydraulic system, it lifts and moves cargo. It's suitable for loading and unloading vehicles, as well as for cargo handling in workshops and warehouses.

Selection and usage precautions

1. Equipment selection requires comprehensive consideration of operating functions, aisle width, cargo specifications, and other factors. Different sites have different work forms and sizes, so hydraulic stacker is necessary to select the appropriate forklift based on the specific situation.

2. Overloading, unbalanced loading, and single-fork operation are strictly prohibited during use. The fork length must be greater than or equal to the pallet length. Do not stand directly in front of the forklift when operating on a slope to avoid inertia loss of control.

3. Check the hydraulic oil level every month, vent and lubricate moving parts regularly, and replace the hydraulic oil and oil seals.

4. Common faults of manual hydraulic forklifts include fork lowering, no response to operation, and the need to clean the cylinder, replace seals or adjust the pressure relief valve.

Main models

There are many types of Shengyu hydraulic stackers to choose from, and you can choose the appropriate type according to the specific usage.

1. Electric pallet truck: Carrying capacity 1.6-3.0 tons, working channel width is generally 2.3-2.8 meters, fork lifting height is generally around 210mm, mainly used for horizontal transportation and cargo loading and unloading within the warehouse.

2. Electric pallet stacker: The load capacity is 1.0 to 2.5 tons, and the width of the operating channel is generally 2.3 to 2.8 meters. The structure has an additional door frame compared to the electric pallet truck, and is used for stacking operations within 4.8 meters.

3. Reach truck: Carrying capacity 1.0 to 2.5 tons, the mast can be moved forward or retracted as a whole, the width of the working channel when retracted is generally 2.7 to 3.2 meters, and the lifting height can reach 11 meters.It is suitable for places with limited space and can be used for medium-height stacking and picking operations in warehouses.

4. Electric picking forklift: Divided into low-position and medium-high-position picking, used for picking goods, with a carrying capacity of 2.0-2.5 tons (low position) and 1.0-1.2 tons (medium-high position, with cab lifting).

5. Three-way stacking forklift: It has a three-way stacking head. The forklift does not need to turn. The rotation of the fork can achieve stacking and picking of goods on both sides. The channel width is 1.5-2.0 meters and can operate in narrow channels.
