Correct Installation Method for Electric Winch with Electric Trolley

Hebei Shengyu shares the correct installation procedure for mounting the electric capstan onto an electric trolley as follows:

1. Check that all accessories of the electric winch and electric trolley are intact. Clear debris from the I-beam rail and confirm the rail dimension matches the trolley wheel gauge.

2. Disassemble the electric trolley. Hang the trolley wheel assembly onto the I-beam main beam and adjust gaskets to ensure uniform clearance between wheels and the rail.

3. Hoist the electric winch, align it with the connection holes on the trolley base, insert high-strength bolts and tighten them, and fit cotter pins for anti loosening.

4. Connect the control wires of the trolley motor to the control circuit of the electric winch. Insulate and secure the wiring to avoid cable pull and wear damage.

5. Manually push the trolley for trial operation to ensure no jamming during travel. Conduct no load power on tests for hoisting/lowering and travelling, and calibrate limit devices.

6. Re-inspect bolts and wiring thoroughly. Perform no-load and light-load test runs. Put the equipment into service only after safety is verified.
