Operation precautions

1. When installing or reassembling the electric hoist for the first time, first perform no-load operation and do not energize it until the components are installed and can be used safely;

2. Before normal use, conduct a static load test at 125% of the rated load, lifting the crane about 100 mm from the ground for 10 minutes, and check whether it is normal;

3. The dynamic load test is to perform repeated lifting and left-right movement tests with the rated load weight. After the test, check whether the mechanical transmission part, electrical part and connection part are operating normally;

4. It is absolutely forbidden to use it in an unauthorized environment or when the rated load and rated closing times per hour (120 times) are exceeded;

5. The two start buttons run in opposite directions, and only one can be pressed at a time, not at the same time;

6. After finishing the work, you must pull out the main switch of the power supply to cut off the power supply;

7. The electric hoist should be operated by a dedicated person. The operator needs to master the safe operating procedures and is strictly prohibited from tilting or lifting;

8. During use, the electric hoist must be inspected regularly by specialized personnel, and timely measures must be taken if any fault is found, and the fault must be carefully recorded;

9. When adjusting the braking sliding amount of the electric hoist, under the condition of ensuring the rated load, the braking sliding amount S≤V/100 (V is the stable lifting distance within one minute under load);

10. The DHS electric chain hoist must be kept with sufficient lubricating oil during use, and the lubricating oil must be kept clean and free of impurities and dirt;

11. When the electric hoist is not working, do not hang heavy objects in the air to prevent permanent deformation of parts;

12. During use, if any fault is found, be sure to cut off the main power supply immediately;

13. During use, special attention should be paid to the condition of wearing parts and they should be replaced in time.

Maintenance and care

1. Observe the appearance: whether the chain is worn, deformed, cracked, or stuck during use. The chain should be arranged neatly without kinks or derailment.Whether the hook can rotate smoothly, whether there are cracks or deformations, and whether the safety valve can close normally.Check whether the handle and cable are damaged or aged, whether the plug and terminal are loose, and whether the low-voltage control is short-circuited. Perform maintenance or replace components as required based on the above observations.

2. Cleaning and lubrication: First wipe off the dust, oil or debris on the surface with a dry cloth. Impurities entering the transmission parts can easily cause wear.Before use, apply special lubricant to the meshing areas of the chain and sprocket. Do not use grease with high viscosity to lubricate, as it is easy for impurities to adhere.
