Pre-operation inspection of the straight slide feeding crane: Check the overall structure, fasteners, wire ropes and pulleys to ensure they are intact and free from any looseness, wear or breakage.

Counterweight installation: Add counterweight pipes (provided by the user) at the pipe penetration points on the columns to ensure the stability of the equipment's center of gravity and prevent tipping.

Power connection: Connect to 220V power supply, check that the wiring connection is secure, and confirm that the emergency stop switch is functioning properly.

No-load test run: Operate the lifting and horizontal sliding functions under no-load conditions to test whether the motor, carriage, and braking system are stable and free of abnormal noise.

Cargo securing: Evenly and securely bind the cargo to be hoisted, with the hook attachment point centered, avoiding unbalanced loading or oblique hoisting.

Lifting operation: Using a remote control/wired switch, first control the smooth lifting of the goods, and then slide them horizontally along the I-beam rail to the target position.

Safety monitoring: Observe the operating status throughout the operation, overloading is strictly prohibited, and press the emergency stop button immediately if any abnormal noise or abnormality is detected.

Post-operation clean up: Return the equipment to its initial position, disconnect the main power supply, clean the site, and keep records of equipment cleaning and maintenance.
