Need to equip a counterweight before using an 800 kg construction site crane

When an 800 kg construction crane is in operation, the boom generates a huge overturning moment, which can easily cause the entire machine to tip over. Proportional counterweights can counteract the moment generated by the weight of the load, significantly improving the stability of the machine and eliminating the risk of tipping over at its source. Ensuring safety during high-altitude lifting is a core prerequisite for the safe operation of equipment; lifting without counterweights is strictly prohibited.

1.The counterweight ratio should be 1:2 or 3. After applying the corresponding weight to the base, lifting is safe. Lifting without counterweight is prohibited.

2.Three steel pipes are threaded through the base to increase the load-bearing area. Then, a weight three times the lifting capacity is placed on top, allowing for safe lifting. (Fixing tools and counterweight pipes are not included.)
