Precautions for use

The Outdoor four column straight sliding crane is suitable for short-distance, high-frequency, and intensive hoisting. It is highly efficient and energy-saving, occupies little space, is easy to operate and maintain, and is flexible and versatile, making it an ideal equipment for emergency hoisting on production lines.

Load limit: The motor and  Outdoor four column straight sliding crane frame are marked with the rated load. Please control the actual lifting capacity within 70% of the rated value.

Safety Warning: Standing under the crane boom is strictly prohibited to prevent injury from falling heavy objects.

Electrical Requirements: Use ≥4 square millimeter wire for power cords; for lengths exceeding 20 meters, use ≥5 square millimeter wire. The voltage must be a stable 220V. Damage to the motor caused by overload or low voltage is not covered under warranty.

Installation and Maintenance: Tighten the column nuts during installation and check their tightness frequently during use.

Wire Rope Limitations: Standard configuration includes 30 meters of wire rope. The weight limit is reduced by 30% for every additional 10 meters. Do not overload.

Daily Inspection: Regularly check the tightness of the nuts during operation.

Clutch Operation: Clutch engagement/disengagement must be performed under no-load conditions to ensure the travel is complete.

Prohibited Operation: It is strictly forbidden to disengage the clutch under load and allow it to slip.

Limit Switch Usage: Limit switches are for limit protection only and should not be used frequently as a substitute for operating switches.
