CD1 Electric Hoist

The standard lifting speed of this hoist is 8m/min, but customization is also possible. Usually used at 380V 50HZ or 220V 60 HZ volage. It is a working class of M3 and is typically used in environments ranging from -20℃ to +40℃, with humidity ≤85% and altitude ≤1000m. For use in flammable, explosive, or corrosive environments, a custom-made explosion-proof version is required.

Installation and Usage Instructions

1. Careful Inspection Before Installation:

The CD1 electric hoist and accessories should be complete and in good condition. The I-beam should be level.

The distance between the wheel flange and the rail should be 3-5mm.

The power supply should be three-phase 380V.

2.Installation Steps (Taking a trolley-type hoist as an example): Remove one of the traveling wheels, place the hoist in the appropriate position on the rail, and re-tighten the wheel bolts. Adjust the wheel flange gap to 3-5mm. Ensure the upper limit distance is ≥50mm from the coil, and leave ≥2 turns of safety rope at the lower limit. After installation, conduct 2-3 no-load tests.

Operation and Use:

Overloading, oblique pulling, and personnel standing under the CD1 electric hoist are strictly prohibited. Start and stop smoothly and evenly.

Packaging: Wooden crates or cardboard boxes lined with foam and waterproof membrane to prevent moisture and damage during transportation.

Each hoist comes with an instruction manual, certificate of conformity, etc.
