Working principle:

Lifting control: After starting the lifting motor, the power is transmitted through the reducer to the drum, which then drives the steel wire rope to wind or release.

Braking system:

The brake adopts a spring-pressed friction clutch structure and is connected in parallel with the lifting motor circuit. When the motor starts, the electromagnet is energized to attract the outer disc, releasing the brake. When the motor stops, the spring pressure causes the inner and outer discs to tightly adhere together, achieving timely braking. This can effectively prevent the occurrence of falling hazards when the power is cut off or there is a malfunction.

Limit protection mechanism:

An upward limit switch is installed at the lower part of the drum of the wire rope electric chain hoist. When it reaches the extreme position, the pressure plate will trigger the switch, automatically cutting off the power supply to prevent the equipment from being damaged due to overload.
