Shengyu HHBB electric chain hoist are Japanese-style lightweight lifting equipment manufactured by Hebei Shengyu. They are mainly divided into stationary, mobile, and low-headroom types. Common specifications have lifting capacities of 0.5–10 tons, with other tonnages available upon customization. The standard lifting height is 3m, with customized heights from 3 to 120 meters. Key advantages include small size, light weight, and easy portability. They are highly adaptable, suitable for single/double beam hoists, cantilever cranes, gantry cranes, and other equipment.

Motor：Tapered rotor brake motor / side magnetic brake motor, with copper core winding, built-in overheat protection, protection class IP54.

Reducer：Two-stage hard tooth surface gear (20CrMnTi carburized and quenched), oil bath lubrication, featuring low noise and long service life.

Chain System:Grade 80 alloy steel chain (e.g. FEC imported chain), with high strength, excellent wear resistance and toughness; equipped with sprocket and wear-resistant leather chain bag.

Braking Device:Dual brake system (electromagnetic disc brake + mechanical brake), instant self-locking when power is off, with large braking torque, stable braking and no slip

Safety Protection:Upper and lower limit switches, reverse phase protection, 24V/36V low voltage control, optional overload protection, and anti-drop hook safety device.

Lifting Hook:Forged 40Cr steel, 360 rota table, 4 times safety factor, with high temperature plastic plating for rust prevention
