Shengyu quality G80 lifting chain slings are manufactured from alloy steel and can be customized as single-leg, two-leg, three-leg or four-leg configurations, with chain diameters from 6 to 32 mm and rated loads from 1.12 to 31.5 t. Each set consists of a master link or master link assembly, eye-type self-locking hooks, swivel hooks, D-shackles, ramshorn hooks, butterfly buckles and other fittings. Choose the right combination according to your load requirements, and the price is calculated based on the configuration before placing a single order or a bulk order.
The master link, chain and hooks of G80 lifting chain slings from Shengyu factory are all made of alloy steel. Customers only need to provide the rated load, number of legs and actual working load, and we can complete the selection, matching and complete-set delivery. Slings are cut to length with precision, and surface finishes include blackening, electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing and powder coating; the master link, chain and hooks can be supplied in matching or contrasting colors. Each set is delivered with a certificate of conformity and a test report. Available for domestic and overseas single or bulk orders.

Product Features
Built-in safety margin.
Quenched and tempered G80 alloy delivers high strength, toughness and wear resistance; the minimum breaking force is five times the rated working load, so repeated heavy lifts hold without creep.
Finish matched to the environment.
Blackened sleeves resist high-temperature dust in metallurgy and foundry work, hot-dip galvanizing protects wind and offshore service, and powder coating supports visible color coding across a rig.
Matched, traceable set.
Chain, master link and hooks are inspected as one assembly and shipped with their own certificate and test report, rather than mixed from separate sources.
Built to your rig.
From a single-leg sling to a four-leg bridle, chain is cut to the required length, and the master link, chain and hooks can be supplied in matching or contrasting colors.

FAQ
1. What is a G80 lifting chain sling, and what are its core advantages?
A G80 lifting chain sling is a general-purpose industrial Grade 80 high-strength alloy steel lifting sling. It complies with the EN 818-7 international standard for lifting chains and is the mainstream lifting tool for conventional hoisting operations. Compared with ordinary chains, it undergoes professional quenching and tempering, giving it high strength, good toughness, wear resistance and resistance to deformation. Its minimum breaking force is 5 times the rated working load, providing an extremely high safety factor. It also suits a wide range of lifting scenarios and can be flexibly assembled into single-leg, double-leg or four-leg slings for irregular loads, heavy equipment, steel, molds and other heavy items — offering high cost-performance and strong practicality.
2. In which cases must a G80 lifting chain sling be scrapped and replaced?
G80 chains are consumables. If any of the following defects occur, continued use is strictly prohibited and the sling must be scrapped directly — welding or repairing it for reuse is forbidden: (1) cracks, breakage, twisting or bending deformation of any link; (2) link diameter reduced by more than 10% through wear, or chain elongation exceeding 3%; (3) severe rust, pitting corrosion, high-temperature discoloration or heat damage; (4) deformation, wear or locking failure of hooks and connecting fittings; (5) the identification tag has fallen off or the parameters are no longer legible, making it impossible to verify the load rating.
3. What is the applicable temperature range of a G80 chain sling? Can it be used in high-temperature environments?
The standard operating temperature of a conventional G80 lifting chain sling is -40°C to 200°C. Within this range it can carry loads normally with no loss of performance. Use at or above 400°C is strictly prohibited — high temperature destroys the mechanical properties of the chain's alloy material, causing a sharp drop in strength and increased brittleness, which can easily lead to fracture accidents. For high-temperature, acid/alkali corrosion or other special working conditions, consult the manufacturer in advance and select a dedicated anti-corrosion, high-temperature-resistant sling. Ordinary G80 chains must not be used in violation of these limits.
4. What are the key prohibitions when lifting with a G80 chain sling?
First, overloading is strictly prohibited — never lift a load exceeding the sling's rated working load. Second, shock loading, angled or side pulling and single-point eccentric lifting are prohibited, to avoid uneven loading and chain fracture. During operation, do not forcefully strike or pry the chain or its fittings, and do not cut, lengthen or modify the sling without authorization. Before lifting, straighten the chain and eliminate knots, twists and overlapping load paths. In addition, no one may stand or pass beneath a suspended load; lifting and lowering must be smooth and slow, with no sudden starts or stops, to ensure lifting safety.
At Hebei ShengYu Hoisting Machinery Manufacturing Factory, the entire production process of G80 lifting chain slings is controlled in-house, from material selection, hot forging and heat treatment to fitting assembly and complete-set inspection. The factory keeps in stock the full range of G80 chain from 6 mm to 32 mm, together with master links, hooks, shackles and other fittings, enabling us to offer customers consistent quality, competitive prices and flexible customization.
