Instructions for Use:

1. Before operation, check that all parts of the hoist are intact, and that the chain and hook are free from twisting, deformation, cracks, and severe rust. Ensure the hoist's brakes are functioning properly and sensitively. The weight of the load should be less than the rated load.

2. Secure the hoist to a sturdy anchor point, and suspend the load at the hook's stress point. Pull the hand chain evenly and slowly until the load reaches the desired position. The braking system will automatically lock, suspending the load. Release the brakes to lower the load, descending slowly and carefully. Do not descend too quickly.

3. After use, remove the hoist, clean it thoroughly, ensure the chain is straight, and store it in a cool, well-ventilated, and dry place.

Q1: What should I do if the hoist slips or rolls during lifting?

A1: Check the friction plates for oil stains or wear. Clean them with industrial alcohol or replace the friction plates. If the ratchet or pawl teeth are worn, the entire ratchet assembly needs to be replaced.
