Lightweight Design:

The aluminium shell electric winch features a housing made of high-strength die-cast aluminium alloy, which significantly reduces the overall weight compared with traditional iron-shell hoists, allowing for easy movement and installation by a single person.

Compact Structure: The ingenious design takes up little space, making it ideal for use in confined construction sites, workshops, warehouses, or inside equipment rooms.

Superior Performance:

Lifting Capacity: The standard rated lifting capacity is 1000 kg (1 ton), hence the "K1" (representing 1 ton) in its model name.

Lifting Height: Typically comes standard with 30 meters (wire rope length), but longer lifting heights (such as 60 meters, 100 meters, etc.) can be customized according to user needs.

Lifting/Lowering Speed: The standard speed for single-speed models is approximately 14 meters per minute. Dual-speed models are also available, with a normal speed of approximately 7 meters per minute and a slower speed of approximately 2-3 meters per minute, facilitating precise hoisting and positioning.

Motor: Generally, a single-phase capacitor motor (220V household power supply) or a three-phase motor (380V industrial power supply) is used, allowing users to choose based on site power conditions.

Safe and Reliable:

The aluminium shell electric winch is equipped with safety protection devices: it usually comes with an upper limit switch (which automatically cuts off the power when reaching the highest point) to prevent wire rope over-winding. Some models are also fitted with a mechanical overload protector or friction clutch, which slips automatically in case of overload to protect the motor and equipment structure.

Brake system: The aluminium shell electric winch adopts an electromagnetic disc brake or mechanical braking with a conical rotor motor, which brakes automatically in the event of a power failure to ensure safe suspension of the load.

Wire rope: High-strength and high-flexibility steel wire rope is used, providing a high safety factor.
