Safety Operation Instructions

Before operation, carefully check to ensure that the weight of the lifted goods does not exceed the 5-ton rated load of this HSC 5T Chain Hoist. At the same time, check if the braking components and lifting chains are deformed or twisted. Conduct an empty machine test run to confirm smooth operation without any abnormalities.

During lifting operations, securely attach the upper hook to a reliable support point and firmly fix the goods at the lower hook position to ensure stable force application and eliminate the risk of loosening or falling.


Lifting Operation

Securely attach the upper hook to the load-bearing point, and attach the load to the lower hook's load-bearing point. When the load is 5-10 cm off the ground, check that the brake, chain, and hook are all in good working order. Then, slowly and evenly pull the hand chain.

Pulling clockwise raises the load; Pulling counterclockwise lowers the load.

Do not pull at an angle, overload, allow people to stand under the load, or leave the load suspended in the air for extended periods
