Heavy duty self locking hand winch are available in four models: 0.5 tons, 1 ton, 2 tons, and 3 tons. They are available with wire ropes of 40 meters in length and diameters of 6.3mm, 8mm, 9mm, and 12.5mm. Custom wire rope lengths are also available upon request.

Safety Operating Instructions

1.Perform a routine inspection of the Heavy Duty Self Locking Hand Winch before using the heavy-duty self-locking hand winch. Do not use damaged tools to periodically apply lubricant to moving parts. During operation, keep other people away from the operating area.

2. Do not use the wire rope if it is worn or damaged. Do not exceed the working load. Do not use the handle extender to increase leverage.

3. The load must be in a straight line, with hooks facing each other. Keep your hands and clothing away from all moving parts. Do not wrap the wire rope around an object or hook it onto yourself.

4. Do not allow the gears to spin freely. Use the original parts and do not modify them. Ensure the safety buckle on the hook is securely fastened.

5.Do not place the protruding part of the hook on the tip of the gear.
