Safety Operating Procedures:

Before use, please ensure that the 10T VT hand chain hoist is marked with "10T" and the certificate is intact. Check the hook and chain to ensure there are no cracks, rust, bending, deformation, and the wear should not exceed 10%.

Test pulling the chain, the forward and backward rotation should be smooth without abnormal sounds, and the braking function should be normal. The support points must be vertical and firmly fixed. Do not perform inclined lifting or suspension operations.

When lifting, securely attach the upper hook to the support point, and accurately hook the lower hook onto the center position of the heavy object. When pulling the chain, maintain a uniform and steady speed, lift the heavy object clockwise and lower it counterclockwise.

No one is allowed to stand under the load.

The brake should automatically lock when the load is suspended, preventing slippage.
