Precautions for using stainless steel hand winches

1. Overloading is strictly prohibited.

2. Do not use as a lifting device, especially for carrying personnel.

3. Do not use in environments with sudden recoil.

4. When the winch is in operation, do not touch the wire rope, drum, or gears. Cover the wire rope with a soft fabric during operation to prevent injury from the enormous recoil force in case of sudden breakage.

5. Ensure at least five turns of wire rope on the drum during operation to prevent slippage.

6. Keep the wire rope as perpendicular to the drum as possible during operation to prevent wear on the drum's edge.

7. When pulling heavy loads, it is recommended to use a movable pulley to reduce the hand cranking effort.

8.Before using a stainless steel hand winch, apply machine oil to the gears and drum bushings to reduce effort, increase wear resistance, and extend service life.
